Memorial Weekend was a busy weekend. It seemed like it was non-stop running but we did manage to fit some relaxation time in. On Sunday we went to Grandma's Lake as the girls refer to it and spent some time in the sun (well, mostly clouds) with Grandma and Grandpa. Mom made a wonderful ham on the charcoal grill and we brought the watermelon.
Grandpa was pretty happy as were the girls as they LOVE watermelon. Rylee sharing probably the biggest piece of watermelon with Quinnie.
After a taste of Rylee's, Quinnie had to have her own piece ( or 3)
The sun decided to leave us for a while and we spent most of the day under the clouds, but the weather was still pretty nice and warm. Grandma offered to take the girls down to the lake for some swimming so Chris and I took the opportunity to take the boat out and do some fishing.
Let's just say school was in session and I was the teacher!!
