The weather has finally gotten warm enough to bust out the sprinkler. Rylee has been buggin us non-stop about it so we finally did it. Quinn didn't know what to think about it. She was excited to wear her swim suit, but she just stood there and stared at it while Ry ran amok.
After a little goading, I convinced Chris to run thru with Quinn so she would get to see what it was like and still feel safe in his arms. He is such a good Daddy, he ran thru a few times with her and they both were laughing before they were done.
That was all it took, a few runs with her Daddy and she was off on her own.
Hmm, wonder how the water tastes? It was super funny to watch her trying to drink the water out of the hose. She got the idea from watching the dogs I think.

Miss Rylee in her new 2 piece swim suit. Her Daddy was reluctant, but we agreed on a tankini style and Ry is in Heaven!! Just wait Dad, I have a feeling this is just the beginning of the swimsuit battle.
I think the girls would have run thru the sprinkler all night if they could have, but after an hour it was time to call it quits for the night and head on in for a bath and bedtime. Quinn was not happy about going in, but Rylee convinced her they could play in the tub and then all was fine. Big Sister to save the day!
It's so fun to watch Ry and Quinn together. They are really starting to play together, not always the best but it's a learning process. Quinn really looks for Ry from the moment she wakes up until she goes to sleep. I am hoping it is a tight bond that will last them thru the rough years ahead. There is nothing like a sister.
