Annette asked us to come over one night to dye Easter eggs as Chris was back to work (finally) and on the afternoon shift. I was running late from work so thankfully Annette was able to pick the girls up for me and I met them at her house. Brad, Denise and Naomi showed up to help too. Auntie Molly was suppose to be there but had to work late so it was just a few of us.
The girls had a blast coloring the eggs. Ry was trying so hard to use the dipper thing that came with the dye set, but it didn't always work so well.

Miss Quinnie getting her 1st chance to dye eggs. She was a bit too little last year to really help.

Thankfully, Grandma didn't mind getting heavily involved as it was definitely a hands on kind of night.

Who ever created Easter Egg dye that was non-toxic was super smart. Especially since Quinn was full-on, hands in the egg dye along with trying to drink it and eat the eggs. It was quite a mess and quite the sight. All I can say is thank goodness it washes off.

As much as she likes to get dirty, Quinn also hates having her hands dirty. She is always asking for a napkin to wipe her hands off. Thank goodness Grandma and Grandpa have the huge bathtub that the girls can practically swim in. All was good until there was a little poop in the tub- needless to say Grandma ended up giving the girls a quick shower while I scooped the poop and sanitized the toys.
The girls were exhausted by the time we got home and were sound asleep the moment their little heads hit the pillow.
