Ry's new bike

The Easter Bunny brought a new bike for Rylee- her first big girl bike! Needless to say, it's next to impossible to get her off of it every night. In the few days she has had it, she has really gotten the hang of it. Here's a quick clip of her riding and having a blast! Enjoy!!

Oh No Silly Goose- It's not Easter!

Easter was a long but fun day! We started the day off by having an egg hunt outside at our house with the girls. The Easter bunny was especially nice this year- he brought a John Deere Gator!
After that, we went and spent the afternoon with Doug and Annette and the rest of the family and did another outdoor egg hunt along with some bocci ball in the much enjoyed sunshine. More
Easter baskets and tons of stuff for both girls. Last but not least, we went up to Luck to have supper with my parents and Joel's family. Another outdoor egg hunt along with yummy turkey and hawaiian meatballs. The Easter bunny was super nice there too as Rylee and Jack got new big kid bikes and helmets! They both were super excited and had to ride them the moment they saw them.

By the time all was done, we got home about 7pm. Just in time to take a bath and get both girls off to bed. Neither one of them made it past the golf course on the way home from Luck. Mom and Dad were pretty tuckered out too!

The Big Adventure!

Doug and Annette took Rylee on an "Adventure" last weekend. It was a secret to Rylee until they got to their destination- the Shrine Circus at the MN fairgrounds! Rylee had a blast- didn't stop talking about it for days. Rylee got to ride the ponies, an elephant, a train and a camel (which she says is a cahmal) if you can pronounce that.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Williamson!!!

Maple Fest

Every year we attend Glenna Farm's Maple Fest. The sun was shining so we thought-why not? We we wrong! Yes, the sun was shining but what we didn't realize was how cold the wind was and how strong it was blowing. It was mighty cold out and I think it was the fastest we have ever done the sap to syrup tour. Thank goodness for "warm chocolate" to drink and all you can eat pancakes. All in all it was a great day- even if it was super cold out!
